This Customer from Europe , a handsome man , who bought piston rod since 2018 .

At the first order because the communicate mistake , our products are not 100% meet with the drawing requirement , then we made another batch send by air .

The first order we are totally lost money , but we gain his trust .

In the year 2019 , he tried piston rod from other suppliers , it indeed have many suppliers who’s price very low , but it turns out their quality is not good .

In 2020 , when he come back to us , he introduce another customer to us , until now , these 2 customers place order to us 2 years regularly .

Everytime when my old customers come back to ask me , I feel sad and happy , I am happy because we have customers back , but I am also sad for my customer’s experience , he lost money and time on try other’s products .

Of course we are not ensure 100% every time no problem , but you can trust us , in case there is any problem , we will make compensate at least not make you lost money .

In the past years , our we have updated machine and manufacture technical , the quality improved a lot , especially piston rod , shock absorber ,coilover , coil spring and sintered parts ( piston , rod guide , base valve ) , oil seal , shims .
