Motorcycle Shock Absorber
Motorcycle shock absorber is an important part of the motorcycle, and the correct daily maintenance of the shock absorber can extend the service life of the shock absorber. This article will introduce the function and structure of the shock absorber, daily maintenance and other aspects, in order to deepen the user's understanding of the shock absorber, and better use and maintenance of the shock absorber. The front shock absorber connects the frame and the front wheel together flexibly, and uses the buffer spring and damping mechanism to effectively cushion the impact from the ground. The excellent shock absorption system can keep the vehicle stable, ensure the operation comfort, and bring a pleasant riding experience to the driver.
The front shock absorber is mainly composed of fork rod, bottom cylinder, buffer spring, piston rod, oil seal, dust cover and other parts, and the damping oil is sealed inside. When the shock absorber spring is compressed, the damping oil flows through the free valve and the return oil hole. When the spring springs back, the free valve is closed, and the damping oil only flows through the damping hole, thus playing the role of inhibiting the spring rebound. The damping spring and damping system cooperate well to play the role of damping and buffering.
