Piston Rod

The piston rod is a connecting part that supports the work of the piston. It is a moving part with frequent movement and high technical requirements, which is mostly used in the moving parts of the oil cylinder and the cylinder.  Taking the hydraulic cylinder as an example, it is composed of cylinder, piston rod (hydraulic cylinder piston rod), piston and end cover. Piston rod include hollow piston rod,shock absorber The quality of its processing directly affects the life and reliability of the whole product.The machining requirements of the piston rod are high, the surface roughness requirements are Ra0.4 ~ 0.8μm, and the coaxiality and wear resistance requirements are strict.  The basic feature of cylinder rod is elongated shaft processing, which is difficult to process and has been troubling the processing personnel.
